Meet the Doctor
Meet Dr. Thao Pham
Dr. Thao Pham graduated from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, in 2020. After dental school, she continued to invest deeply in her education, expanding her skills in cosmetic dentistry, implants, root canal treatment, and surgery. Her goal was simple: to help her patients in as many ways as possible.
Yet the more dentistry she practiced, the more she came to appreciate one essential truth: nothing feels or functions quite like your own natural tooth.
That belief became deeply personal when Dr. Pham faced the possibility of losing one of her own teeth. Conventional root canal treatment alone could no longer save it, and the complexity of her anatomy made replacement with an implant less predictable. With the other options exhausted, she underwent laser-assisted micro-surgery in one final effort to preserve the tooth.
It worked.
She was grateful not only to keep her natural tooth, but also to discover how different the experience felt from what she had imagined. The procedure was calm and surprisingly relaxing, and she personally experienced no pain afterward.
That experience changed the way she saw dentistry—and ultimately the direction of her career. She began dedicating more of her time to endodontics and modern tooth-preserving techniques, seeking thoughtful ways to treat difficult infections while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible and making care gentler and more comfortable.
Her learning continues every day. In her free time, Dr. Pham reads research, studies challenging cases, and shares cases with clinicians who share her passion for saving natural teeth. She believes even a difficult case deserves careful thought before a tooth is given up on.
For Dr. Pham, there is something deeply rewarding about helping someone out of pain, finding and treating an infection that may have been quietly affecting their health, and giving a natural tooth another chance.
“Saving my own tooth changed the way I practice dentistry. Now, I hope to give my patients that same opportunity whenever I can.”— Dr. Thao Pham

Our Commitment
Focused care. Considered decisions.
Lumière was created around a simple idea: understand the source of the problem, explain the options clearly, and preserve the natural tooth whenever a sound path exists.

Dental Preservation
The natural tooth remains central to treatment planning, balanced with comfort, restorability, and long-term function.
Modern Technology
Contemporary imaging, magnification, and specialized techniques support precise and minimally invasive care when appropriate.
Curated Care
Recommendations respond to the individual tooth, the patient's concerns, and the clinical findings—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
A calmer clinical experience
Complex dental decisions can feel overwhelming. Care is organized around clear communication: what we see, what it may mean, which options are reasonable, and what to expect next.
