Preserve what is natural

Treatment shaped around the tooth.

Every recommendation begins with the diagnosis, your chief concern, and the condition of the tooth. Treatment is selected only when it offers a reasonable path toward comfort, function, and preservation.

Root Canal Treatment

Root canal treatment is designed to preserve a tooth when the pulp becomes inflamed or infected. After carefully accessing the internal space, the canals are cleaned, disinfected, shaped, and filled to create a durable seal.

The goal: address the source of the problem while retaining the natural tooth whenever it is restorable and treatment is appropriate.

Retreatment, not replacement

Endodontic Retreatment

A previously treated tooth may develop new symptoms because of complex anatomy, a missed canal, leakage, new decay, a crack, or a restoration issue. Retreatment removes the existing canal material so the internal space can be reassessed, cleaned, disinfected, and sealed again.

Not every tooth is suited to retreatment. The existing restoration, root structure, anatomy, and long-term restorability are considered before care is recommended.

Laser-Assisted Micro-surgery

When disease persists near the root end and treatment through the crown is not the preferred approach, micro-surgery may allow direct access to the affected area. Magnification and laser-assisted techniques may support precise tissue management and disinfection when indicated.

Potential advantages depend on the tooth, anatomy, diagnosis, and procedure. The role of the laser, expected recovery, alternatives, and limitations are reviewed for the individual case.
